Scope and Requirements
Our Scope and Requirements Process is the official beginning of all projects. We call it the "Discovery Phase" as we take time to learn about the current workflow and data flow of your company's business in the case of a business application requirement, or we may spend time learning about your next mechanical machine interface.. This allows us to understand the needs and issues, and will ultimately allow us to put together a winning game plan.
In our initial meeting, we discuss the scope of your project and establish expectations of function. We then conduct a full analysis of existing business processes to define the scope of each project.
Once the Scope and Requirements document is completed, we provide a detailed project plan and timeline, as well as a contract to begin the next phase in the development process: Design.
